Canada is a country with a strong economy, breathtaking natural scenery, and rich history. Therefore, it doesn’t come as a surprise that a lot of people from all over the world and from all sides of society have always dreamed of moving permanently to Canada.

Since the immigration process is quite complex, a lot of people have sought help from various companies that help people immigrate to Canada. One of these companies is CanadaCIS.org. In this CanadaCIS review, we’ll first explore what does this company offer. Second, whether it’s a legit service or another one of the too-many online immigration scams.

Immigration consultant services to Canada

Why do People Want to Move to Canada?

For one, as a policy, Canada embraces immigrants, wherever you are from. This huge North-American country welcomes multiculturalism with open arms. In fact, Canada’s Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has designed a policy that promotes different cultures, which explains why Canada has the highest immigration rates among other western, first-world countries.

Being a country with such a massive number of immigrants from all over the world, Canada is known for its inclusivity and wide diversity. For a long time, the country has been known and famous for being a big supporter of the LGBTQ community. That is the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender communities. In fact, Canada became the fourth country to legalize same-sex marriage, and June is Canada’s Pride Month since 2015.

Canada has one of the largest and most stable economies in the world. They rank 10th in the world’s economy despite having a huge multi-cultural population (#39 in the list of countries by population). The North-American country has an output of $48,100 per capita or 1.6 trillion Canadian dollars. Two of the main industries that keep Canada’s annual economic growth so steady over the years are the manufacturing and oil and petrol sectors.

Seeking Help From Immigration Consultants

Due to the fact that the immigration process is complicated, long, and tedious, it’s always wise to seek professional help from companies that offer immigration consultant services, such as CanadaCIS – Canada Citizenship Immigration Services. These kinds of companies can guide you through every step of the process to ensure you’re on the right track.

Canada Citizenship Immigration Services, or CanadaCIS, is a company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada (or are they, for real? we’ll get to that in a moment) that offers immigration solutions for people who want to make their dream of living in Canada come true. According to their website (canadacis.org), the company’s goal is to “provide services to help our clients benefit from Canada’s many programs offering potential investors or business owners with interesting opportunities to invest and grow.” So far, so good, right? Well, let’s dive into it a little deeper.

Overall, if you want to fast-track the lengthy immigration process, it only makes sense that you’ll seriously consider working with an agency/company that can make the entire thing more straightforward and easier for you.

However, it’s crucial that you take the time to get to know the agency or company you’ll be working with. After all, we’re in the digital era, and unfortunately, there are quite a few immigration consultant scam services online, and you wouldn’t want to waste your hard-earned money on one. So, is CanadaCIS a scam? Let’s take a closer look at this so-called “immigration solutions” company.

CanadaCIS Scam

This CanadaCIS review was created to help you determine the answer to the following question. Is CanadaCIS a scam or a genuinely legit service?

While performing our research, we found out that quite a lot of people who have used CanadaCIS’ services have stated various reasons why this company is an immigration consultant scam.

CanadaCIS review - a legit service or scam?

Offers Are Too Good To Be True

For one, CanadaCIS have a few offers that are simply too good to be true. For example, they might guarantee you a visa, which is a false promise because no one knows (including them) whether your application will be approved or not. Companies that offer immigration solutions can only make the process easier and faster. They cannot, under no circumstances, claim that you will 100% get a visa in the end (like CanadaCIS do). Overall, if a certain immigration consultant services company promises that you’ll surely get an approval for your visa application, it’s highly likely that it’s another immigration scam.

No Immediate Online Support

In addition to that, most legit agencies that offer immigration solutions will have chat operators on their websites. This is designed in order to help you find answers to your questions as quickly as possible. In other words, you’ll have someone to interact with and help you clarify certain things that might lead to confusion. If the website doesn’t offer any kind of chat support for interaction, it’s highly recommended that you don’t give any personal information and stop using it. It’s correct! Some companies might steal your personal information and sell it.

No Support At All

Not only that CanadaCIS doesn’t offer chat support, but we also found out while researching that some people were not even able to get hold of any representatives through the contact numbers they have provided. Legit companies offer proper support, and will definitely allow potential customers to locate authorized personnel through the credentials provided on their website.

Many Online Bad Reviews

Check out the following comments we found online about CanadaCIS:

“Canadacis.Org is one of the Canadian fraudulent company, they used to scam from helpless people who want to immigrate to Canada. They will ask you EUR 420 supposedly to assess your eligibility and will charge you thereafter to be assessed by a fake lawyer who is based in Vietnam to assess your eligibility. They also ask you to send money in banks which is incorporated in African or Eastern countries, non-regulated and Grey listed countries as per OECD. The false name they used to call is Ellie”

“This number is from the big Canadian Scammer Canadacis.org and there website is XXXXXX They call to extort money with false promises that’s its ever easy with them to get visa migration to Canada with them. One of the false name they use to call is XXXXX XXXXX. BEWARE OF THIS WEBSITE AND SCAMMING AGENT”

“It is a fraud website. They are spamming Quora with the same question posted under different usernames. Only fraudsters use such spamming tactics to promote their websites.
Also, when you open this website, you can see by the design, colour scheme etc that it is a cheaply made website made by semi-literate web designers.
So stay away from this website and the fraudsters operating it.”

The Owners Run More Scams

We haven’t finished just yet. The most important red flag that we have encountered while researching online is that CanadaCIS is, in fact, owned by the same founders of the notorious ‘ItsCanadaTime’ scam immigration program. As reviewed here on Scaminator, there are literally tons of comments and complaints online against ‘ItsCanadaTime’. These complainants spent a lot of money and got scammed by this fake immigration consultant service. As you’ve probably guessed by now, the owners are not from Canada. They’re, in fact, from Israel (see more details in the ‘Cut the Crap’ section below). Would you really want to use the services of a company owned by proven scammers? The answer is obvious.

Conclusion

To conclude, the next time you are looking for a trusted immigration solutions company, make sure that you investigate first before investing your hard-earned money or signing any contract with them. This is in order to ensure that you won’t be the next victim of another Canada immigration services fraud, like CanadaCIS seems to be.

All hope is not lost as there are various ways to get your stolen money back. Yes, you read that right. If you have been scammed, you can apply these tips to increase your chances to retrieve your money from those shameless scammers.

If you paid using a credit card, you can use chargeback to request a refund from your bank card provider. You can also use chargeback if you paid using a debit card. A word of caution, though, there are requirements before this applies, so know them first.

You can also file a complaint about the PSP (Payment service provider) and demand for reimbursement. If you’ve been scammed and the banks involved are not doing what they are supposed to do, you should be refunded after the fraud happens.

But if nothing still works at your advantage, and you need further assistance, you can contact us through our email, [email protected]. We will help you in any way we can. Don’t worry. We’ve got you covered!
