Is Canada Visa Services Scam Or Legal?
There are many websites out there claiming to help you get your dream Canadian visa, and apart from the official Canadian website, there are some legitimate ones out there. Below are tips to help you fish out a Canada Visa Services scam:
Scammers Frequently Open New Similar Scams
While browsing the internet, you will come across many websites that claim to offer immigration consultants services. As a result, you may not be able to know which one is legitimate or a scam, mostly because these scammers usually open a new website when they discover that their old site has been busted for fraud. For example, the same owners of CanadaVisaServices scam ran another scam called Its Canada Time, which they recently stopped maintaining and responding to customers and negative reviews over the internet as there were too many complaints about this fake agency. Instead, they just decided to open new fresh scam websites.
No English Reviews, But French and Italian
Moreover, you may not find useful information on the web about scam activities when you search for Canada Visa Services review as most of its customers are non-English speakers. Therefore, the reviews can be found in the languages these customers speak. For instance, French or Italian.
Exceptional Payments and Offers
If you are asked to pay in order to gain access to guides and application forms, then run! Additionally, if you received the visa offer via email from a random person you didn’t ask for, then it is likely to be a Canadian visa scam.
More Relevant Tips
Most of these immigration scam websites tend to mimic the official Canadian government website but with a closer observation, you will notice that the sites don’t have the Canada.ca or gc.ca extension that official government websites have.
Also, it may seem impossible to reach anyone through their contact information, that is if they have any, and there are no credentials to verify that the company is authorized.
How The Canada Visa Services Scam Operates
Those behind the Canada Visa Services scam promise Canadian visa seekers mouth-watering immigration deals just to lure them, but you shouldn’t fall for their gimmicks.
Firstly, you will be asked to pay over $500 for an eligibility check. It is not even a payment to process your application! Who does that? Don’t ever think they are around to provide help. They don’t care a bit about you. All they are after is your money.
Secondly, they will provide questionnaires for you just to prove your eligibility, and this is what they’ll charge you over $500 for. Do you know that on the official Canadian website and other legitimate platforms, the questionnaires are free? They don’t just stop there, there are other little things they charge you for just to milk you dry. So, you should watch out! There isn’t an atom of empathy or humanity in them; all they see is dollars.
The funniest part is that there is no guarantee that you’ll be granted a Canadian visa after Canada Visa Services must have milked you dry. So why should you pay so much money for basic things you can get for free on other websites? It makes no sense, therefore save your money and avoid being scammed.
Conclusion
As stated above, there are many red signs to look out for when considering the use of immigration consultant services. These kinds of scams just exploiting the dream of people around the world to move to a new country. Instead, they just steal people’s money and keep them away from that dream. Therefore, don’t allow yourself to fall for the Canada Visa Services scam or any other immigration consultants services scams.
Stay safe and have a nice move to Canada!

If you paid using a credit card, you can use chargeback to request a refund from your bank card provider. You can also use chargeback if you paid using a debit card. A word of caution, though, there are requirements before this applies, so know them first.
You can also file a complaint about the PSP (Payment service provider) and demand for reimbursement. If you’ve been scammed and the banks involved are not doing what they are supposed to do, you should be refunded after the fraud happens.
